Return and Exchange Policy
1. Customers who purchase Cytologics products through the website (eshop.cytologics.com) may receive a refund only if there is a significant error in the transaction (e.g., incorrect delivery). Refunds are not available for:
- Used, damaged, or opened items, or items with damaged packaging, or items purchased at a discounted price.
- Goods purchased through other channels.
- Items marked as gifts or samples.
2. Returns are only accepted for the following reasons: "damaged/defective items or incorrect items."
- You can contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods (including weekends and public holidays) to request a return or exchange. Late requests will not be processed. (Note: All sold items are non-refundable.)
3. Customer service may require photos and/or videos to verify the return/exchange conditions.
4. Please package the returned items in the shipping carton provided by the delivery vendor. If the original carton is lost, please use another box to cover the original packaging. Do not attach labels or write on the original packaging. Damaged original packaging may result in non-return or deduction of repair costs from the refund.
5. After requesting a return/exchange, please ask the courier for a receipt and keep it until the return/exchange is completed for future reference. (Note: Customers must pay all shipping costs when applying for a return/exchange.)
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
