Shipping Methods
- Delivery is limited to Hong Kong, mainland China, and Macau; other international areas are not included. Please confirm before placing an order.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information or select the correct pickup location. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation.
- Shipping is provided after completing the order. Orders over HK$800 qualify for free shipping; orders under HK$800 incur a HK$30 shipping fee (Hong Kong only). Shipping fees are self-paid for mainland China and Macau.
- Generally, customers will receive an email order confirmation the day after the order is placed, and products will be shipped within 2-3 working days, along with a shipping notification email.
- Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
- Actual delivery time will depend on the products selected and the merchant’s shipping time.
- Customers should check the goods and quantity upon receipt. If there are any issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
Undeliverable Orders
- Orders returned to Cytologics due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or recipient refusal will follow these terms:
- Cytologics will notify customers via phone or email for follow-up and confirmation of shipping information. Customers must respond within 7 working days.
- If customers confirm and request redelivery within 7 working days, they must bear the shipping cost.
- If customers do not respond within 7 working days, the order will be automatically considered canceled and will not be shipped.
- Canceled orders will be refunded minus shipping costs and other related fees, including an administrative fee (approximately 15% of the product price).
